Detailed Condition Report:
Tone & Playability: Sounds great with a full, rich, warm voice that speaks easily and evenly from the lowest notes all the way through the top of the horn. Classic Yamaha sound in every register.
Pads & Sealing: All pads seal very well with no detectable air leaks, even when playing softly or loudly. One pad shows minor wear and may need replacement sometime in the future, but it is currently seating perfectly and has zero impact on response or tone. The rest of the pads are in solid condition with plenty of life remaining.
Cosmetic Condition: Typical light playing marks and minor lacquer wear in the usual contact areas. There are two very small, shallow dents that are purely cosmetic and do not affect tone, intonation, or playability in any way.
Keywork & Mechanics: Smooth, quiet action with no excessive play or lost motion. Springs are strong, keys return quickly, and the entire mechanism feels tight and responsive. Neck cork is good, octave mechanism is perfect, and all keys work exactly as they should.
